I just bought the Arlo video doorbell to replace my Ring video doorbell, but when I installed the Arlo I got the amber lights. It looks like I don't have enough power for the Arlo. Does anyone know if it needs more power than the Ring? I had thought it was the same.

There are a couple of things to consider here.
Firstly, the internal battery in the doorbell requires about 15 minutes to charge up.
Secondly, if you can, check the voltage from the transformer at the doorbell and see if you are getting enough voltage as per the doorbell specs. Some people have had to purchase stronger transformers.
Thirdly, before changing the transformer, change the switch setting on the device that connects to your mechanical chime to the Bypass position and be sure that the wiring is making good connections everywhere.

tg79,
As mentioned, Arlo Video Doorbell requires a voltage between 16-24V AC. For more information on this, take a look here: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?
