No chime or phone call

I got my doorbell installed and the video is coming to my phone app. The white LED are constantly flashing and nothing happens when I press the doorbell button. Help!

Do you have a traditional chime?  If so, does it ring when the button is pressed?

@Littleaggie,

I have not seen your particular problem before, but there are a couple of things I would check first.

Possibly the internal battery has not fully charged. It should fully charge in about 15 minutes.

If the device that you wired to the contacts of your mechanical chime are securely and properly installed, you might need to change the setting of the switch to the bypass mode.

You might need to do a factory reset and start over.

What do you mean when you say the video is coming to your phone app? Is live streaming working or are you seeing a video when the doorbell button is pressed?
