Video Doorbell not ringing indoor chime

I’m on my second video doorbell with Arlo replacing the previous one. I installed it on Friday and there was no issue the first 2 days with the video doorbell ringing my indoor chime. Today it suddenly only rings to my phone. The transformer is within the correct voltage range and had worked previously. I thought it maybe it was an overheat issue but nothing appears in the app indicating that as an issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This could be an indication of a power issue with your transformer or an incompatibility with your chime box.
