Video Doorbell not connecting

Hello,

My video doorbell has been working fine, just returned from holiday and was device was not detected on the app, so have removed doorbell from account, done a factory reset and now will not connect, comes up as device not found, WiFi working fine, all my other cameras working fine, any help much appreciated Thanks

Are you connecting to a base/hub or your WiFi? Did you follow the directions for the reset?
