Video Doorbell does not show live video

My iPhone 11 does not show live video of my Arlo Video Doorbell. Just white screen. Also a little disappointed that someone has to press the doorbell in order to talk to them. With Ring Doorbell, I can talk two way without anyone pressing the doorbell. Arlo should definitely update firmware so that you can have two way audio without having to be called from the doorbell. The white screen on live feed is extremely frustrating considering Ring works with my iPhone and I just bought 4 Arlo cams plus the Video Doorbell.
