Model is actually AVD2001. Installed ~ 2 weeks ago; was working fine until today.
Got a notice that the camera went offline. I factory reset it and then went through the app-based installation process but not the unit will not connect to any 2.4ghz wifi network. Tried two; one is extender based with the access point ~ 4 feet from the front door. Both networks meet the minimum speed requirements.
App-based setup run on both iPad Pro 12.9" (ios 14.4.2) and iPhone Xs Max (ios 14.4.2).
Help!

Try the reset procedure found in the FAQ in the support area here. Hold the button for >10 seconds and try again. If no good, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Start out by cutting the power at the circuit breaker box to the video doorbell for about a minute to allow time for the memory to erase. It should boot up with a solid white LED. Factory reset the doorbell by holding the hidden button in the back of the doorbell for ten seconds, then push the doorbell button which will make the white LEDS flash slowly. Delete the old device in the account if there is one and add it as new. Go through the steps in the app which includes inputting the correct SSID and password. Scan the QR code.
I have an iPhone 12 and did not have to do all that stuff like taking a screen shot, zooming in on the QR code and all that. The video doorbell will work but the steps have to be followed EXACTLY for that to happen. Hope this helps someone.
BTW, Arlo, the camera picture quality is absolutely gorgeous.
