Video Doorbell Glitching At Night

Pretty frustrated by this. I had some property damage done to the front of my house last night. Went to look at my video doorbell and every night recording is just a still frame that randomly glitches and pixellates before *maybe* picking up the last two seconds of video. Completely pointless waste of money that has only wasted my time (the first one I bought didn't even work and I had to have it replaced).

The symptoms you're describing could indicate to a connectivity issue between the doorbell and your router. What does the signal strength icon show within the Arlo Mobile App?

 

Who is your ISP and what are you download/upload speeds?
