I just got the following Smarthub (with cameras) and doorbell
My setup lets me connect smarthub with my camera alright. But my doorbell is unable to connect with the Smarthub.
Smarthub - VMB4540 firmware 1.16.3.4_707_c289687
Doorbell - AVD1001Ar1.2 firmware 1.14.0.0_809_9259536_c33dc90
I have tried removing doorbell and add it back several times with the whole install procedure (involving QR code, etc) but I never get the screen for "Select a Base station or SmartHub" which as per Arlo support I should be getting during doorbell setup.
I have opened support call and awaiting to hear back.
Do not get the following screen for "Select a Base station or SmartHub":
Instead I directly get the following "Connect to 2.4 GHz network" screen

After probably the 7th call to support finally got someone who could help resolve. He had me reset the hub and remove/add back the doorbell and that did let me connect doorbell to the hub. That also fixed the issue of missing local storage for doorbell

Thanks for the suggestion. Yesterday I had stumbled upon this reset procedure when I was redoing the installation.
So I have done this twice but no luck 😞
