Trusted Devise

I had an issue this weekend when the Arlo App suddenly said my samsung phone was not a trusted devise but after a whatsapp chat suddenly in middle of this started working again but in process I had to change my password.

When managed to get into App again I checked the Trusted Devise and this showed 1 old phone that no longer have and another one I have never used and when was trying to log into my laptop again said was not trusted despite using this to set up my arlo password originally and when trying to log in said had sent push message to the old phone but my current phone gets the texts ok.

Following a call today was able to get rid of one of the phones but still shows the one dont have as trusted devise with a tick against it and refuses to let me delete it or add my Samsung phone as trusted which is very odd when have used it nearyl since Alarm and Arlo put in, any ideas guys

Have you tried deleting the app and re-adding it or logging out of the account and logging back in and see if that behavior changes?
