Transfer Front door camera to another account

I just moved into the home where a preexisting doorbell camera was set up. I am trying to activate under my account. Tried the chat and got the serial number, PLEASE HELP.

I don't have any of the previous owners information.

Do you have the device model number from the label?

 

  I would suggest to create an Arlo account and download the mobile app & try following the onboarding steps.
