I can't subscribe to a plan

Website will not let me complete my order for Arlo secure, my trial period has ended and want to sign up for a monthly subscription. I cannot complete the order without a promo code. to be inserted. I have tried Edge and Chrome browsers and neither will work till a promo code is inserted in the box. Where do i get one, followed printed instructions from Arlo website, does not work as written.
