I have an AVD2001 wireless doorbell. Has been working fine until recently. Now will not sync with phone during new device set up. Tried all the help files and resetting the device etc. even with connect tone from QR code it still won’t recognise in app.

Assuming the battery is charged, it sounds like a faulty doorbell. Did you use this procedure to reset (which also requires removing the doorbell from your account)?

You can use the app to go to Settings, Support to choose your doorbell and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support to see what they will offer. This requires a subscription.
