You need a subscription for phone support.  You can get it from the support center in the app.  Googling a phone number will usually lead you to a scam support site.

If you can't reach them using the support center (either because you can't install the camera, or because you have a warranty issue but no subscription), then post some details here, so the mods can create a support ticket on your behalf.
