Hi:  I am trying to change the subscription plan to an annual plan, but the "subscription" tab is grayed out.  Logging into my account using a desktop.  Any help is appreciated.

The word "Subscription" is just the category title. Tap on "Arlo Secure" to make adjustments to your plan.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing?

 

Inability to proceed with a subscription often is due to incorrect or incomplete information being entered into the required fields. Check to make sure all of the information you're entering is correct and try again.

Hi James:  

The iPhone app directs me to the desktop to change subscription plans.

On the desktop,  I sign in,  and navigate to the "DoorBell" page, and  both the account and subscription are grayed out.    Thanks for your help.  

 

I don't see any obvious to attach a screen-shot or a file in my response.

PNG and JPG can be attached using the "Drag and drop here" below the posting text box.  There is also a camera icon over the posting test box that will embed those images in-line.  Embedded images need mod approval before they are shown, which can take a while.
