Strange issue with video Doorbell

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this. I got an Arlo video Doorbell last summer which worked great for a few months but has recently started disconnecting.

What's really odd about it is that through my router interface I can see that the doorbell is actually still connected. And I can ping it from my windows desktop.

The connection to the mechanical doorbell also still works. However the App says it's disconnected and It can't record video, or show a live feed.

Sometimes I can reboot my router and it will reconnect, other times I need to wipe it and start over.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this issue and can offer some advice.
