Slow to respond and glitchy after reinstallation

I've had my door fitted since Feb 2020, all working fine without issue. (UK based)
Yesterday I upgraded my router and internet to a faster service with fibre to the door. Speed on the rest of my devices and other Arlo pro cameras is fine however after having to re-install the doorbell the picture can freeze, go blurring during playback of recordings and whilst watching a live feed. I've always had an issue with a delay in using the microphone/speaker due to the delay but even with the new service its bad.
Has there been a software upgrade that's caused these issue?
My router is approximately 4 metres away from the doorbell and sat right next to the smart hub. Also, there is a delay in the night vision activating when the outdoor light comes on. Anyone else have the same issues?

The symptoms you describe indicate a potential interference or signal strength issue. If this occurred when changing your router and ISP, troubleshooting there is the place to start. If the router is directly next to the SmartHub, that could be the issue as they both are emitting strong WiFi signals. Try putting some space between your router and SmartHub and test to see if you experience the same behavior.
