Recently moved and our Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell was damaged. I don't know when or how it happened but I haven't tried connecting it yet. Will this thing even work with the lens shattered? If it could work, what are some potential issues I'd run into? Having just moved I cannot really afford another doorbell, at least a quality one like Arlo, so I'm hoping there's something I could do. Thanks in advance.

You could try setting it up to see what the video quality is. I suspect you won't like it and there's the chance of water infiltration, too. It may still work well otherwise but you won't know until you try.
Are you sure the lends is actually cracked and not just something on the lens that looks similar?

Thanks for the quick reply. There is little broken bits of glass so its more than cracked. I will try removing all the broken pieces and hook it up to see if or how it works. Will report back later today.
