Shared access pending

I have granted access to my spouse and it just stays at “Pending”.   She has created an account and loaded into the app.  On my end it is still pending and she doesn’t see the doorbell.

 

1.  How does she accept the invite?  From what I’ve seen it says it is automatic, but wanted to double check.

2. Does the doorbell need to be set up on her phone?  On her account there is nothing except add a device.

 

I tried with another account and have had no luck with it either.

 

Have a case opened with Arlo support but not getting a response.

Post for help has helped.  I did the resend multiple times and finally her account has accepted and the doorbell shows up. This was after doing multiple times in the past.

 

now Ijust need to figure out how it can ring to her phone also.
