Had to reset the doorbell due to camera not working properly, removed device, reset and resync’d it with base station and now can see live images but no video in library or notifications when someone rings bells. I do have a subscription

Did you check "manage cameras" in the subscription settings?
You might need to re-add the camera to your subscription plan.
