I returned my video doorbell because I decided it was not the right solution for me. 

It has been over 15 business days and I have not received my refund. I tried contacting the customer service number but it said it needs an 8 digit order number and mine is only 5. I also tried the chat but the ai bot said I was not entitled to speak to a live representative because I do not have a subscription.

 

I would like a live person to contact me and provide my refund.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I went into my profile settings through the tabs and did not see that as an option. Can you provide more specific information?
