I have an ADV1001 video doorbell (UK Version with transformer). I have installed a chime without a transformer and have connected the supplied UK transformer to it. At this point, the new chime works perfectly.
So now, in my chime I have 4 connections: 2 are the 24V input from the transformer and 2 are to the doorbell.
Does the power kit connect to the power input pair or the switch pair?
Thanks

sirrah,
When navigating through setup within the mobile app, you should see the option to select how many connections/wires you see within your chime box. Select the most accurate description of your chime box within setup and follow the instructions provided.
