Phone won’t receive notifications from a granted access

My phone will not receive notifications or calls from wired doorbell.  Phone is connected to the system as a granted access from my wife’s phone. All features work fine on hers. Any hints?  Everything worked fine previously but had to do a reset and start over due to changing to a different network.

Can you check your partner’s account mode camera rules include your mobile and are enabled?
