Phone app is terrible will not connect to all doorbell.

Frustrated and disappointed .... Tried everything Cust service requieseyde 3 times! Still no connection to app. Terrible app. got charged another $100 for nothing. Never buy arlo unless they step up their customer service game. I appears to to outsourced to india. Bad tel connections and some language barriers as well

When contacting official Arlo support, you should not be charged. If you were charged, this would mean you contacted a support channel that was not officially through Arlo. If you want to contact Arlo support, use the links here: Arlo Support Center
Regarding the issue you are experiencing with your doorbell, could you provide more details? Are you having trouble with the initial installation or are you having connectivity issues after the initial setup has been completed? What error messages are you seeing?
