Paying for Subscription but not appearing on app

I have been paying for a subscription for years, and the price has gone up from $6.37 to $17.03 per month without me requesting any changes or upgrades. I remember signing up for the cheapest plan, and now I am paying much more than the cheapest plan. Feels like I am being scammed.
Additionally, I had to reset my camera about a month ago to get it to work properly, and now the app says I do not have a subscription (even though I am still actively paying). Now I can't even talk to a person since (supposedly) I don't have an active subscription. Am I being scammed by Arlo? I am about to report the charges to my account as fraud and switch to another company.
