I've had Arlo devices since 2019, recently I purchased two new Arlo devices a video door bell and essential spotlight camera. Since purchasing I have not received any notifications to my iPhone, only email notifications. I have a wide variety of Arlo devices on my account and notifications are working just fine for them.
I tried working with support but ended up getting nowhere and even found some articles on here that people said solved similar issues and still no luck.
I noticed my Arlo app is also not up to date with the new UI that was pushed out a couple weeks ago, I am on an iPhone 14 Pro Max so I'm unsure if it's been pushed to my model yet, my fiancé who has a iPhone 12 Pro does though have the new UI.
I've tried uninstalling the app, restarting the devices, changing settings, resetting my iOS network settings, etc. and still no luck.
I had a similar issue once with a device last year where it was not receiving push notifications and that was because my Arlo Smart subscription expired. After re-enabling I began receiving push notifications again.
I'm not sure what else to do at this point 😕

Well I solved my own issue and what do you know it's the same as the past, Arlo Smart Notifications not sending push notifications to my phone for certain cameras. I disabled the SMART notifications for the two devices, restarted them and boom am now getting notifications
