Arlo cannot connect to media server

Today I have been unable to connect to the camera for a live feed. The camera is connected to the network but every time I try to view a live feed I get the error of cannot connect to media server. I have tried to restart the camera but still get the same error. 

 

Edit: now I'm getting the error of unrecognized error to play stream.
