Newer AVD1001 doesnt work

I have a doorbell that I purchased on black Friday and just recently had it installed.  It worked perfectly for a short while and then stopped working.  Started a support ticket and they were asking for so many things including voltage I couldn't give them.  Got tied up with work few days and got back to the email and they closed my support.  Now I cannot start another support without paying for support.  Any idea on how to resolve this or should I just throw this new doorbell and ringers away and go buy a different brand??

Why do I need to pay for support when it has a one year warranty and its only a few months old?

You should be able to reach out to the Support Team by navigating to the following: You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.

I tried a couple times and it puts me through all the automated messages and then it says I’m not eligible for live support I have to pay for a plan. There is no way to reply to my original support email because they closed the case and no way to open a new one without paying.
