New setup. Motion alert but no ring on one of three iOS phones

Just setup my system. Works great with the exception of one of our three iOS phones. The phone with the issue receives motion alerts but when the doorbell is rung there is no option to answer from the phone. Again, the other phones work fine and the one having the issue gets motion alerts.

Are all phones using the same login credentials or is the problem phone using credentials for someone who was granted access?

 

Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app may help. If not, what phone and OS version?
