New phone - doesn't recognize device

I recently got a new iphone, deleted Arlo app, reloaded and tried to sign in after having to reset my password. I get  a message screen saying We don't recognize this device. It says a push notification has been sent. Where is it being sent???  How do I find it an verify?  The stupid robot chat help was zero help. Much thanks to anyone who can help me out!

Try selecting "Another Verification Method", and then choose email.  That will send a code to your email - it's a bit easier to read that code on a PC browser, than on the same phone you are using for login.

 

Once in, you should be able to trust the new phone.  What model is it?
