New Arlo Wired Doorbell - Gray Screen

I have had this Arlo video doorbell for about 4 weeks. It’s been working great. But this week it took a turn for the worse and every time some one does a video call with me, they cannot hear me and the screen is gray with a spinning wheel. The app is also unresponsive. I am using iOS app version 3.6.8.

Very frustrating. Thanks for any help.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I have checked the wifi settings and strength.

I have reset the device as new and re added it

I have lowered the video resolution to the lowest quality

I have reinstalled the iOS app

I have tried the iOS app on another device.

Are you receiving the grey screen 100% of the time?

Does the grey screen eventually go away after answering?

Does this occur over mobile data & WIFI?

Does this occur on an Android device? If possible to test
