About 2 months ago, after days of frustration and numerous calls to Support I was told that I could pair no more than two Wired Arlo doorbell cameras with my VMB4000. As a matter of convenience, I still wish to pair a third doorbell camera, preferably wired but I can live with wireless, to my VMB4000. Is this possible yet?

I will pass this info to the appropriate team for future consideration. Thank you for the feedback.
Also, if you would like to use another doorbell, you should be able to use another base station or SmartHub to use a 3rd doorbell.

Hi @RudyTo
If you have a a doorbell capable of connecting directly to your wifi/router I believe you should be able to have more than two devices.

Thank you, but I do not wish to connect to the internet as I would then have to manage my files in your cloud with your pay service. I chose ARLO because I can use my own base unit. I have a VMB4000 that works just fine and is secure. According to the one person in tech support who took the time to research my problem this is a firmware issue with the base unit. Again, according to him, the VMB4000 will allow me to connect some large number of cameras but only two door bells. I was hoping that this problem would be fixed with a firmware update.
