My Arlo Video Doorbell only detects movement up to 3 meters(10feet), from 3 meters there is no longer any notification or recording.
On test motion, same, led dont light up to 3 meters.
Is this normal? Or is a defective u it?

Is this detection a person approaching the door? Or something else?
What motion detection threshold are you using?

Are you setting the sensitivity in your modes and rules? The motion test is just a test. Also, is it possible that the plastic film is still covering the front of the doorbell?

Yes, motion sensitivity 100 is set in modes (in active mode).
All protects plastics are remove.
I will try to reset and reconfigure install angule on initial set up.
