I just installed a video doorbell less than three days ago and connected to power at the chime box per the instructions. I’m getting a low battery warning today. I did not realize the unit even had batteries. Ideas?

This is likely due to the doorbell not receiving enough power from your transformer. Check your transformer voltage to make sure it meets the minimum requirements. Take a look here for more information on how to do this: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?

Was able to get my hands on a fluke meter. Voltage reads 19.7 V. What is the next step? Battery is completely dead now
