Hi! Just installed my Arlo video doorbell last week and cannot sing in to the app in the past 2 days . Neither me nor my wife. I receive notifications via app and I see the bell on my Alexa video show 5 but when I try to actually sign in it’s just keep spinning , screenshot attached. Deleted and installed app again , restarted the phone -doesn’t work at all. Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

Do you experience the same issue when trying to login using the web client or does this only occur using the mobile app?
