My doorbell (Model AVD1001) does not stop sending me notifications as if there is was a motion detected, which there has been none. It does not stop!!!! Despite the fact that I have reduced the sensitivity of the device to detect object size and distance to 0!!!
It is incredibly frustrating to have an unreliable device that its main objective is to notify you of an object when THERE IS AN OBJECT and NOT WHEN THERE ISN'T!!!
Despite the fact that I have tried everything, reinstalling, removing (physically and from our applications), nothing seems to work. I am at my wits end. Very disappointed and frustrated.
I think I am going to run and by my doorbells from your competition!

Did you do a hardware reset? That's not the same as removing/reinstalling.
There's a slot for a paper-clip reset in the back (you can also use the reset key that came with the camera). You will need to remove the doorbell from the account before doing the reset (and then add it back).
It is a PITA, especially if you don't have much slack in the wiring. The doorbell does need to be powered during the reset.
