Please help!
Arlo make this impossible! I have cancelled my Arlo subscription within Apple which should be it! But no not with Arlo! I can log in to the app with my details but not into the web which Arlo say you have to in order to cancel. But when I go to change password nothing appears in my emails. Why!

If you can log in to the app, you should be able to also log in to the web client using the same credentials.
