I reset my Arlo doorbell and lost my subscription..when I log with my account I am still subscribed

So I reset my Arlo video doorbell because it randomly lost connection to my Wi-Fi and now I am unable to apply my subscription to my Arlo doorbell? Any suggestions

Mbeshay,

 

Log in to the Arlo app (Android) or log in on the web client and navigate to Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras. From there you should be able to drag the doorbell back into your paid subscription slot.
