I receive alerts when motion is detected, but when I click on it my doorbell switches to live.

I receive alerts when motion is detected, but when I click on it my doorbell switches to live. I am not able to see what is recorded on the alert. I have the basic one camera service which should record for 30 seconds.

If you would like to watch a recording, navigate to your library within the mobile app. After the recording has completed, it will be available to watch and stored within the library.
