Arlo Wired Video Doorbell not chiming or alerting Alexa when I'm (my cell) not home.

I have the Arlo Wired Video Doorbell. When I'm home and someone presses the ring button. My phone is alerted as well as the my Alexa Show and Alexa Echo. The problem is when I'm away from the house my wife and daughter say that there is no notification on either Alexa device nor the mechanical chime. However, I get the alerts on my mobile device.

Kutlass,

 

The location of your mobile device does not determine whether or not an announcement should come from your Alexa device. Are you able to easily reproduce this issue or is it inconsistent?
