Doorbell cam was working but was disconnected by "hp" person hooking up a wireless printer. I'm trying to get it hooked back up to my wifi. Nothing worked so I removed the device & tried to set it back to factory setting. I can get it to chime at the QR code but the next step says there are no doorbell cams to be found. I'm about ready to take it down & put my old doorbell back up!!

After the chime, check the router's attached device list, and see if the doorbell is listed there.
How did the tech "disconnect" it???
Did the tech make any changes to your wifi settings - network name, password, or the WPA2 (AES) security?
