If you still have an active subscription, you can go into the support area of the app and select a subscribed camera (doesn't matter which one).  Then scroll down to the contact area, and you should see a phone support option there.

 

Phone support is available between 6 am and 6pm US pacific time.

 

If you don't have an active subscription, you can send @JamesC a private message (PM) by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.  He should be able to create a case for you, and an Arlo agent would call you.
