Try rebooting the phone and maybe reinstall the app. You can also try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if that works.

Thanks for suggestions.. Tried everything mentioned multiple times and then some... Never could get video back.. Tried Uninstall the device and never could get it to scan the qr code to install.. Finally bailed!
Installed a wyze doorbell had gotten little while back to use on back door as didn't have funds to replace.. That is working for now... Thanks much
