According the community article 1741653 you can set up a rule to allow the Audio Chime to play a melody when the Video Doorbell detects motion. But try as I may, I can't figure it out. I did manage to accidently set off the siren (man that thing is loud), but no chime in the activity zone I set up on the video doorbell. Is there a page or article on how to do this or better yet can anyone post a step by step guide on how to set this specific rule.

Thanks

It's not a rule (or in a rule) but in the doorbell settings. You should see a Melody selection which allows you to choose what "song" to play.

After much playing with the modes I finally got to set up an activity zone and it indeed makes the Chime play a melody, but it constantly rings the melody every once in a while even though there is no motion anywhere in the viewer. Got so bad, I turned it off. So back to square one. Hopefully the brains in tech support can get this fixed.
