How do you reply to a message on the community support pages?

How do you reply to someone on these community support pages?  I asked a question, got a reply from a moderator who asked me a question back, and I can't work out how to reply to their message?  The only options available are...

I see that, too, and have seen it before. I'd suggest copy and pasting your issue into a new thread.
