I have a wired doorbell that I installed in December 2021. It worked fine until I had to change out my modem and when I went to change the settings to re-connect Arlo, there is no LED light at any time. There is power. So I can't sync the doorbell and therefore can't use it. Help please!!!!!!!! Again, there is definitely power and it had worked previously before losing the network. Thanks!

Yes, we are still having this problem and I did confirm that our transformer is correct. Seems like the unit just stopped working and I'll likely need to replace it, hopefully under warranty. Any suggestions on how I go about that? It was purchased in Dec 2021. Thanks!
