My Arlo essential video doorbell was working fine till 5 pm yesterday. Noticed I wasn’t getting notifications so I checked my app. Said Arlo was offline. Tried everything to have it reconnect, nothing worked. Did a factory reset now the unit only flashes slow white and won’t ring doorbell or connect to my phone. Tried online robo help and that didn’t work. Tried to connect to a person and says I don’t have the paid subscription. But this unit is 30 days old! I am still in the free subscription till June 2023. Lost at what to do now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

You should be able to reach phone support then. Were you using the app? If so, did you select the doorbell (or some other camera in the subscription plan) when you tried to use it?
