My doorbell lost connection to the network. I have tried removing the doorbell camera, resetting the doorbell camera to factory, completely removing the wired doorbell from the wires and reinstalling it. When I get to the QR code it does not connect to the network. When this issue started the doorbell would softly ring one time every so often.

Sounds like a faulty device. Swap at the store, if possible, or use Settings, Support to get started on an RMA.

Squint350g,
How strong is the signal strength for the doorbell? How far is it from your router?
