Essential Wired Doorbell and a Hub. Why can't I have camera zones?

I have an Essential Wired Doorbell and a Hub. Why can't I have camera zones? When I had an online plan, I had zones. I bought a Hub, and now zones aren't available? That's not right.

As you discovered, activity zones are a subscription feature.  They are processed in the cloud, so the hub isn't involved.  Even if you had a subscription, the local recordings would include out-of-zone recordings.
