Essential Video Doorbell Wired and Chime 2

My husband added a 2nd Arlo wired doorbell camera to our home network using his iPhone. Now both cameras show on his login account but:
1) the new camera is not on my login Account even though he has shared it with me several times.
2) The 2nd doorbell does not activate Arlo Chime 2.
3) We have tried Re-installing the 2nd Camera using my newer iPhone with the Wi-Fi Assist OFF several times.
4) We have tried reinstalling Arlo Chime 2 several times and it still only works with the 1st door camera.

Are there other shared cameras that you are seeing???

Be careful here - if his account is primary, then it is best to add all the devices to his account (sharing cameras with you).
If your account is primary for some cameras, and his is primary for others you can end up with a mess (and also would need two subscriptions instead of one).
