Doorbell wired no audio

my arlo wired doorbell is not playing any audio and it appears when I talk on my phone using the arlo app, the person at the front door can hear me but I cannot hear their voice. Very tired of unpredictable and inconsistent performance of this product

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
